Desk was rescued and refinished to it's current glory. The desk was found with it's veneer peeling and in need of a new finish. Otherwise, it was a solid, well made desk upon it's rescue. Drawer fronts were replaced with the intricate African Burl veneer. The desktop was also replaced and finished off with a dark stain and high gloss finish. For a desk that was destined for a very sad ending (the landfill) this beautiful desk now sits proudly in a child's room waiting to help nightly with homework!
