Every question I had (and I had a lot of questions) was answered quickly and with expertise. The craftsmanship was outstanding, and my order was finished ahead of schedule. I don't know how Ilya does it, but I was charged far less for my project then I had expected, and I am telling everybody I know about Ilya and the work he does.

llya was excellent to work with and I cannot even begin to communicate how satisfied I am with the engagement ring I purchased. Pictures can only say so many words. The quality and craftsmanship is remarkable! llya and I communicated regularly he was eager to assist me with the design of this ring. In addition, he provided a variety of suggestions for a center stone that were not only high quality, but cost effective. Bought a ring setting from diamond zone. The quality is poor, and a number of jewelers have commented just how poor the quality is.

Ilya provided a great ring for us and when the ring was discovered to have not had the stone set which we had agreed as part of the contract, Ilya swiftly refunded (over the odds of the stone's worth), and advised as to a stone seller and so forth in order that I could source and have the stone set here in the UK in time for our holiday and my proposal - the design of the ring is excellent and I would recommend Ilya (and the site custom made) to anyone steve
