Beer Tap Handles

The first set of photos are of a Maple beer tap handle turned from a Maple burl. The burl adds character to the otherwise plain maple handle.
The second series of photos were of a solid cherry handle requested by a customer as a repair for an old broken handle he had.
The third series of photos
… were for a customer who requested black walnut and maple beer tap handles for the basement bar. These handles have one strip of maple sandwiched between two pieces of black walnut and turned to the customers specifications.

Plant stand

Shaker Mills did a great job of providing me with a plant stand that fit the exact specifications I had asked for. Aside from the top-notch communication before I accepted a proposal, he put together an awesome creation story for my project that showed the process that began in a lumber yard all the way through the final coat of paint. I highly recommend using Shaker Mills.

Trestle Table

Working with Pete on the design was a great experience and we appreciated his advice. We did have a time delay but he worked very hard to manage that issue for us. Overall we were very pleased with the process... and we love the finished product.

Cutting board for christmas

I worked with Peter on this cutting board as a gift for my mother. I wanted something memorable and Peter delivered. He also provided some great knowledge about different cutting boards and showed me around his shop when I picked up the piece. The board was beautifully made, and the grain on the piece of wood he picked out was exceptional. An awesome experience all around!
