ceremonial mace
by Michael C. Jul 17th 2012
Working with Matt at Black Toad Forge was a real pleasure! I came to him in late March with a super tight deadline and a picture of the object I needed to have created and, like magic, he made it happen! Matt crafted our school's ceremonial mace and did it in time for our May 2012 graduation...in Thailand! Matt was very proactive and a good communicator every step of the way. I was a little vague and not quite sure about how we could get the school's name and crest on the object as I figured it could wait; Matt came up with a solution - for which he should have charged me extra - that was absolutely perfect for what we needed. The final object came out even better than I had hoped. His workmanship really made our mace a thing of real beauty and something that will outlive my time with the organization for sure! Matt's a great artist and artisan and I recommend him wholeheartedly!

Caduseus
by Tim B. Jul 10th 2012
I had a vision, and Matt Myers brought it to life! I had a dental caduceus that was given to me when I graduated from dental school over 40 years ago, and now I have a life-sized one in my living room...Matt took all my wishes, ideas and put together a great piece of art...this was created and delivered in a more than reasonable amount of time. Definitely will use Matt Myers again.

Billingsly Sculpture
by Shel K. Jun 29th 2012
I have had great success working with Matt Myers. He is very easy to work with and he is agreeable to everything I asked of him. My clients (very picky) are delighted with their sculptures. I only wish that all artists whom I commission could be as successful as Matt is in making my clients happy. His work is affordable as well as visually interesting. I can recommend Matt Myers without hesitation and I know he will be a great choice for anyone interested in collecting sculpture.
