It has truly been a pleasure to work with Lou. I came to him a complete novice in all things wood. I had a vague concept of what I wanted to accomplish and was not even sure if it was possible to do with wood, much less what types of woods or tools to use. He asked excellent questions to get an idea of what I needed from the project and helped to turn my rough idea into a practical plan. The finished product, a pair of turned wooden handlebars, is both beautiful and functional!

I've worked with Lou before and it was the satisfaction with my prior association with him and his work that made me eager to hire him for another project. Lou's always available and always ready to offer advice and he saved me from making several mistakes with the handles for this project. Even though we encountered a couple problems during the course of the completion necessitating an understandable delay, Lou still had the finished product in my hands in advance of the agreed-upon completion date. The completed handles were masterfully shaped and finished. I could not have hoped for a better example of professional skill and care that that demonstrated by Lou...again!

Lou was great to work with. I wanted something made in a VERY short time frame - he responded quickly to my request and was able to make it and have it to fedex to be delivered to me with plenty of time to spare. The box is MORE than what I could have hoped for- truly beautiful. I will certainly work with him again!
