This beautiful 8"x10" quilled Tulips are triple matted and framed under glass in a honey oak frame. Other New Hampshire Garden Flowers shown are my Rose, Daffodil, and Calla Lily.
Quilling is the art of rolling narrow strips of paper and shaping the rolls to use for designs. Quilling my way is my original technique of adding a cut out over the quilling as the design and using the rolls of paper for the details.
