This custom nylon string guitar was built for a fingerstyle jazz player who plays steel string and electric guitars as well. The body is built with traditional classical guitar characteristics to give it a luscious nylon string tone. The neck, however, has geometry characteristics similar to a steel string guitar. The narrower width and radiused fingerboard allow the owner to easily switch from his steel string or electric guitars to this nylon string guitar. This 'ClassiCool' has spalted Brazilian rosewood back and sides and an Engelmann spruce top. Appointments are Brazilian rosewood, macassar ebony and Madagascar ebony.
