This hand woven rug would fit well in places like entryways, kitchens, etc. with a lot of foot traffic. Colors are darker and each stripe has two colors, so the dirt does not show so easily. It has a feeling of old fashion rag rug, but materials used for it are all new. Warp is black cotton and weft is cotton fabric and jersey knit cut strips.
