The clients wanted a contemporary overhaul from the ground up, as they were intending to retire here. Originating from the Midwest, the clients had a … great appreciation for beautiful woods and exceptional craftsmanship. The view from the condo on three sides was water, and they wanted to mimic the idea of the quarters on a yacht, reminiscent of the sailing they did years ago.
