This was a delightful project for a new coffee shop in Cleveland. The top is a reclaimed bowling ally. Mostly maple, but (bit of trivia), the first several feet of a bowling ally is pine. We were able to strip down the old finish without eliminating the character of the bowling alley when we refinished it. The base is a classic, clean-lined, trestle base made of walnut.
