Having the opportunity to make something as detailed and beautiful as this desk is was a pleasure. Starting with an amazing single slab of Waterfall Bubinga wood that we used for the desktop made this piece unique from the start. Built with hand cut joinery, not a single mechanical fastener was used in its construction. Complementing the Bubinga wood, figured hard maple was used for the drawers to add a beautiful contrast to the finely cut dovetail joints. Built with nothing but the best materials and construction methods this desk will certainly be an heirloom in the future.
