The custom queen bunk bed was designed as a built in unit with integrated bookcases over the windows, and integrated lighting in the bookcases. Each bed has independently controlled lighting on each side of the bed for reading. The bed posts are 6" square and 11 feet tall, and are made of solid … knotty alder. A twin XL trundle pulls out from the end of the lower bunk for an additional bed. The finish on this bed is ebony with a black glaze.
