Butcher Block Kitchen Island Top
This island top is made from 1.5" thick edge grain maple. The customer wanted an island that that could be used for food prep and serving. Finished with mineral oil, this counter will age with time and appear antique. Simple sanding will renew it to original quality. Can be finished also with polyurethane for protection if not being used for food prep. Replacing a counter, island, or section will add a timeless feel to a kitchen while providing a practical work and serving space.
