"The Butterfly and Rose" pendant by Cynthia Britt was custom made for the customer's own large citrine stone. Based on customer's style and criteria, this 18k green gold mounting was custom made, featuring yellow gold roses set with diamond and leaves that are pave set with diamonds. The butterfly is in 18k white gold and it's set very delicately with diamonds. The citrine is held with thorn-like prongs.
