I love gardening and wanted to create a piece inspired by one of my favorite flowers, the sunflower. The sunflower always seems to give a warm, sunny, happy feel so I incorporated this into a sterling silver brooch. The 30mm butterscotch amber stone was perfect for the setting. I layered silver textured petals/leaves around the stone to give it a more nature inspired feel. This pin will surely add some sunshine to any jacket or sweater.
