The body of this jewelry box is made of wild tamarind (from the Florida Keys). It has two drawers and two lift-out trays, all of the interior components are made of pao amarillo. The drawers run on dovetail slides, and the box features wooden hinges and exposed-dowel joinery.
Each tray is divided … into four compartments, and the space underneath the trays is divided into eight compartments, while each drawer has six compartments.
