I'm an electrical engineer who's passion is furniture design and construction. I've been doing custom woodwork for close to 20 years. I do all my own designs and have a fully equipped shop both from a machine standpoint as well as from a hand tool aspect. I've done work from small classic jewelry boxes up to 600lb solid walnut dressers with everything in between. I've done many Mission, Shaker, Arts-n-Crafts, Modern, and Classic designs. I generally use domestic and/or exotic hardwoods, solid brass or steel hardware, fine finishes including shellac, lacquer, oil/wax, or waping varnish. I can work from pictures, drawings, or just a discussion... so if you have a need for something that is very well defined or something that you haven't been able to quite put into words yet, I may be the guy you're looking for.
