He also makes and repairs leaded and stained glass items, repairs and restores antique furniture, buys and sells antiques and repairs and restores antique lighting fixtures.
Alan teaches woodworking as well as metal working at the College for Creative Studies in Detroit and teaches furniture design at Wayne State University also in Detroit.
