Elm Street Builders is owned and operated by me, Seth Marois. I have been working in the building field for over 10 years. Elm Street Builders is licensed and Insured.

Elm Street Builders is unique in that we can conceive and accomplish a wide range of projects. I am designer, artist and builder. I can create a custom piece of furniture or design and build an entire bathroom with the same focus and care directed at both.
