Wood surfaces are completely finished and put in what our customers call our NASA crate and shipped common carrier. Because we ship over 3,000 jobs per year our shipping partners understand how to treat our products.

Furniture is fully assembled and secured inside a steel and plywood crate and shipped "white glove" service. The item is removed from the crate and placed in the home at the direction of the homeowner or designer. The crate is removed and re-used.

Over the years the majority of our wood surfaces are installed by the contractor or other trade professional. In some cases the homeowner installs the job. We avoid potential problems with measurement and design, installation is installation, not re-manufacturing the job on site.
