ShippingWe ship via UPS ground unless otherwise instructed. Most orders, except custom work will be shipped within 48 hours of receipt. We must have a street address (no PO boxes) for UPS delivery.

Damaged Shipments - All merchandise is closely inspected prior to shipping. Damage in transit is the responsibility of the carrier.

UPS: If you notice any damage to the exterior of the packaging, note this on the delivery receipt. Save all packaging materials and damaged product. Contact us immediately. We will file a claim with UPS on your behalf.

Motor Freight: Inspect all shipments immediately upon receipt. If you notice any external danmage to the packaging, do not sign the delivery receipt until you have inspected the goods. If you discover damage upon unpacking the shipment, indicate it on the carrier's delivery receipt, file a claim immediately with the carrier and notify us.

Returns - Before returning merchandise, please call us for authorization and instructions.

No cash refunds. A merchandise credit will be issued for merchandise returned in good condition within 30 days of purchase. Please be aware that restocking fees may apply.
Installationinstallation fees will be quoted as separate line items, where applicable.
