Dichroic Glass (the beautiful sparkly glass) is something I love to create in my kiln. I have a special technique that allows me to inscribe anything in the glass before it's fired; perfect for birthdates, anniversaries, names, whatever you can come up with, we can figure out something unique that no one else will ever have!
My other passion is using natural stones with anything. Swarovski crystal, wire, clock parts, mixed media... If you can dream it or show me a picture of it, I can find the parts and make it. With suppliers collected all over the world the past 25 years, one of my passions is getting the custom piece just for you.
*TREASURED MEMORIES*... one other area that is near and dear to my heart is taking old heirloom (or just memory) pieces and transforming them into something more modern to wear today. Making clip earrings into modern; a shadow box out of baby jewelry; necklaces out of a collection of your favorite 'hippie' pieces... I have a necklace from my great grandmother made from lampwork beads and they are now a beautiful necklace, but the old components are still a part of it.
