I graduated with a BFA in Painting and Printmaking, but my love of glass and jewelry led me to start my own business, Hot As Glass. After years of painting and exhibiting in galleries, I realized I could make a better living playing with color in fire, and quickly bought myself a lampworking glass torch set-up. I started selling jewelry immediately, people just seemed to seek me out and buy my glass.
I grew up traveling around the world; living in different cultures allowed me the opportunity to connect with every kind of person. I feel that my artwork and jewelry is an expression of those connections. Each piece is unique and individual, just as people are.
