I can't say enough about how pleased I am with 2nd Chance Custom Leather. The tool bag I had made exceeded my expectations. It is truely a work of mototcycle art.

I have to say that I am very pleased with the overall experience at Custom Made and the quality of the product that I recieved. Looking for a hand tooled billfold with very little success. Found 2nd chance and took a chance and was very pleased with the final result. Rett did a great job given the rather brief description on what I wanted. Would recommend him to anyone seeking a custom made leather product

We talked on the phone about the details, he was very accommodating and informative about what would and would not work. When I received his sketch I was impressed about how much he understood exactly what I was looking for, even though I was very specific about what I wanted. When I received the finished product, I was astonished! It was so much more beautiful than I expected. The finishing touches were far and away more than I could have imagined; it was as if he was in my head while creating this masterpiece. I will recommend him to everyone I know! The CustomMade website has been more than I expected in that they called me mid-way through the project; a professional associate was very interested in how my experience was thus far and gave me her extension should I have any problems. I will use this website again!
