I have exper … Read more The example projects shown here were made without any idea of commercializing them.  They were made for the enjoyment of creative work.  After some encouragement from my family, I was convinced that making a business of this would be a way to get more work done, to focus and to spread the ideas further.

I have experience in a wide range of project types; from furniture to boatbuilding.  The common thread is that I am inspired by the tradition of craftsmanship, the value of good design, and a belief in the strong interdependence of thinking and making. If people who see and use these pieces feel the same joy that I experienced in making in them, in the materialization of ideas, then I will feel it was a success.
