I create original furniture as well as well as cabinetry fashioned from Northern Michigan-grown hardwoods and quality exotic species. Every board used is hand selected by myself to fit the project in which it will be used. I like to incorporate metals, glass stone and other materials to create a look different from any other. Designs trend toward rustic/contemporary fusion but I will always build to suit the customer's taste. Also if desired I will design and build the entire project for you if you supply the dimensions and a rough idea of what you want to accomplish. I use as many hand tools as possible to make the project a true handmade piece. Every project is given the utmost attention and you will see it created as I progress. If you are looking to replicate the work of someone else, I am not your guy and especially when someone finds a picture and wants it done cheaper. This is not what I do. I will take a general idea and change it if you like but I will not steal someones hard work and artistry. You will also find that I am not the cheapest price that you will find but I believe that my profit margins are lower than most due to the amount of time dedicated to each project. Be sure to look at the pieces that I currently have for sale. I absolutely love what I do and can't imagine doing anything else. I work exclusively through Custom Made because I believe that it is the best source for honesty and integrity.
