About Jory Brigham Designs

I love to use wood, concrete and metals to design and build pieces that make a statement. Sometimes the best part of working with a client is taking their idea weather it be just a seed or a detailed idea and turn it into something tangible. over the years I've come to appreciate various styles, from danish to asian. I love integrating different time periods, and colors into these styles, many times coming up with an end product that is sometimes hard to classify. And in my opinion a product that is timeless. Recently I have been playing with carving organic textures into both artificial and natural materials. I always welcome working with concrete, and enjoy using its simple and raw nature to accentuate the more complex designs and materials.

the Fluted Door
Though most people assume that the Fluted design on some of Jory's pieces is created by a computer or CNC machine, the opposite is actually true. The door is a unique design that Jory creates by hand and is quite a meticulous process.
the Organic Door
Upon seeing the Organic design, most people assume that the wood was cut directly from a tree and made to fit into the piece, but truth is that each Organic design is hand carved with careful attention to detail in order follow the grain and flow of each piece of wood.
