We primarily work with FSC sustainably harvested woods, but we'll also use other hardwoods including antique re-claimed lumber if design specifications call for it. We've long been strong proponents of responsible forestry and eco-friendly manufacturing processes. That's why our LEED® credit eligible custom doors and windows are built using lumber certified by the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC), an organization devoted to preventing deforestation. Our factory is heated by the wood-waste generated by the making of our products. We feed the fuel into our high temperature gasification furnace which burns very cleanly, taking much of the fossil fuel out of the manufacture of our products.
