I was bound to use these hands to build and create, and so I ended up at MassArt, trying to find my inspirational material. I found out about three years in that it was not doing graphic design on a computer. While I greatly appreciate design, pattern and graphics, a mouse was not what my hands had in mind. That is one of the reasons I do not use CAD when making my jewelry, working with the actual metal and giving pieces a life is why I love my work.

I found my material with metal, and with creating pieces that could be worn, as there's something great about being able to wear creativity. There is much of my work that has been inspired by my appreciation of design, but the other half loves to let the metal tell me what it wants to do. Sometimes to hard to give up control, but it allows me to explore.

The best part of being a maker is always being able to expand my knowledge with different materials, techniques, and ideas. Problem solving is one of my favorite things, as there's almost always another way to think.

I would love to build something unique with you, whether it's something you already have an idea for, a piece of mine you really like, or a creation that we design together. It's a fun process, and you can get something you won't see anywhere else.

I have been a full time metalsmith and jeweler for 12 years, working with gold, platinum, palladium, silver, copper, brass, nickel and an array of precious and not traditionally precious stones and beads. It's also a good time to think about turning in any jewelry you don't wear anymore, as I give a great credit on your old gold.

Thanks for taking a look, and let me know if you have any inquires.

Nova met me on several occasions to share ideas and to finalize the design. She was willing to work with other trades (platinum plating company) to get exactly what I wanted. The work was done quickly and exactly to my specifications. Nova communicated well throughout the process. Considering the materials and the workmanship I feel I got excellent value.
