Initial discussions establish the scope and budget for the project as well as define the functional and aesthetic requirements of the space. Such discussions also address special considerations such as structural requirements, lighting, coordination and scheduling. In new construction or where extensive site preparation is required, engaging the Artist early in the process helps to ensure an orderly installation and seamless integration of the artwork.
