site specific works in cast and kilnformed glass for hospitality, healthcare, corporate, and public spaces. Central to his work is the power of light, color, and texture to shape and define a space.
Housberg received BFA and MFA degrees from the Rhode Island School of Design. After graduate work, he studied in England with Patrick Reyntiens, a pioneer in contemporary stained glass and author of an international standard work on the technique. Later, as a Fulbright Scholar, Housberg worked at the International Center for Glass Research (CIRVA) in Marseille, France.
