    Macyn Taylor came to our shop to pick up her new "Macyn Taylor Model" guitar. It's made of fumed Redwood and Macassar Ebony with a mahogany neck and trimmed with Curly Koa. This was the first song she played on it, You can hear Eddie's dog tags jingling as he moved around while sitting at her feet. Recorded with a compact video camera. What a treat to hear her play when she comes. Read more

  • Siskiyou Line by LJ Booth on a Petros Tunnel 13 Guitar

    The building of a Petros Guitars Tunnel 13 Guitar for LJ Booth and his accompanying song, "The Siskiyou Line." This Tunnel 13 Guitar is built with the extraordinary Tunnel 13 Redwood which came from Tunnel 13, built in the 1880's which was the location of the Last Great American Train Robbery in 1923. The song was inspired by both the incident and the guitar. It is part of LJ's latest CD, "The Road that Leads Me Home." More information on the guitars can be found at petrosguitars.com.
