ShippingAll custom made carpets are shipped via truck and air in a secure tube. These carpets are rolled for shipping and must be shipped laying down. Each carpet is insured to the total amount of sales price and shipping cost.
InstallationBecause the different destination temperatures each carpet is shipped, it is necessary to bring the shipping tube indoors, lay flat and leave till room temperature. After a minimum of two days open the end and gently pull the carpet out the end of the shipping tube.

Unroll the carpet. Do not push down the curled edges. After a few hours the edges will uncurl without force.

If storing, always roll the carpet with the fibers on the inside. Store in your shipping tube. Storing or rolling the carpet any other way may break seams.
