Do you like the old time growl of the Delta south slide blues sound? I create custom cigar box guitars with your personal preferences in mind, or you can choose one of mine already made. Choices include all of the components of the guitar. You choose wood species for the neck and fretboard. Maybe a butternut neck with a curly maple fretboard? Or mahogany with ebony or rosewood fretboard. Choose the number of strings and which notes for the key you jam too. Or maybe you have a particular box in mind, or own a cigar box you want turned into a guitar. Do you want it to be front porch acoustic, or do you want to plug it in? Transducer or magnetic pickups? Both? Volume or tone knobs? Both? How about specing out a fretless board for smooth slide blues or get it fretted for finger picking? How about fret markers? Abalone? Ebony? I've even made 'em with 22 shells! Because these guitars are all custom made by hand, you choose what you want on it, or don't want on it, how finished you want it, and therefore how much your bad a$$ box is gonna cost you.
