We have been
fabricating high-end custom kitchens, vanities, libraries, and other wood residential cabinetry since 1978. Although we are a small shop with three skilled cabinetmakers in rural New Hampshire, our contacts extend to architects, general contractors and homeowners in the Greater Boston area, Fairfield County, Connecticut, and the Lakes Region of New Hampshire.
Most of our projects are initiated with the kitchen, the most personal and complex room in the house. The kitchen must perform many important tasks in a way which is both functional and aesthetic. We take the time to understand my client's needs and to finish, deliver and install the kitchen of their dreams accurately, within their budget and on time. We take great pride not only in our craftsmanship but in the great responsibility that comes with every project.
As a custom fabricator, it is imperative to use the best hardware and materials, to consider the most aesthetic grain and color patterns of the wood and to be precise throughout the entire process. We also produce many painted projects or projects with specialized finishes. In the end, our goal is to deliver the highest quality and longest lasting kitchen possible.
White and Bright Kitchen
by Ronnie Sep 17th 2012
The kitchen is intentionally white and bright because it is an interior space. Yet, the theme of “earth and water” brings a warm and elegant feel to the kitchen. Sheldon’s task was to bring my vision of this space into the look and feel of the custom cabinetry. In particular, the curve of the island and the intersection of the painted wood, granite, stainless steel and birds eye maple surfaces presented a clear challenge. I am thrilled with the look and feel of the completed kitchen. I continue to be amazed by the beauty of the center island. There is a mystery to the way that Sheldon conjoined all the pieces. In addition, the cabinetry is beautifully executed in a soft painted finish. And the lighted display boxes, in their simplicity, perfectly showcase my colorful glass pieces.
