John Samuel Custom Cabinetry - Routing A Walnut Bar Top
Here we are routing out a 36" diameter quarter round bar top. It is solid walnut over 1.5" thick. The first toolpath is for hollowing out an insert for a metal drip tray. The second toolpath cuts out the outline and finishes up the edges super smooth.
