    This project was all about 'firsts' for me. My first time using Custom Made, my first time ever designing something to be made, the first and hopefully only engagement ring I will ever need! The team at Takayas Custom Jewelry was there with me ever step of the way. Their level of communication is superb, and they were always prompt in their responses. Their knowledge in crafting jewelry was critical in delivering a better ring than I initially designed, but they never 'took over', they simply explained the pros and cons of my design with small tweaks! I'm sure all the makers are great, but Takayas' team were truly exceptional. All the ladies in my office, young and older, were stunned speechless with its beauty and artistic presences! I look forward to creating our wedding bands with Takayas Custom Jewelry in the near future!!!

    Not only was this the first time I ever made a custom piece of jewelry but it was also a gift for my wife's first Mother's Day. It was important to me that it be special. Takayas made the process really easy and then created an amazing piece of gorgeous quality jewelry that my wife adores and will wear for years to come. Takayas is every husband's best friend!

    I'm not sure if "A" is the best answer or worst but is intended to be the best! . All my answers to the above questions are intended to be the best possible responses !! I have no complaints. They were awesome. Every time I asked a question I never had to wait more than a few hours for a response. Taking into account the 4 hour time difference that is great in my books!! The communication was perfect and the finished product exceeded all my expectations!!!

    Takayas took my vision and turned it into reality. From the beginning of the project to the end, communication was great. He kept me informed of every little step that was being taken.
