My husband wanted me to call my business The Highlonesome as we lived for almost 29 years all by ourselves on top of a 40 acre mountain. There were beautiful views all around us. He must have felt a little lonely so therefore always wished he had called it the Highlonesome, hence the business name.
I have been creating with Polymer Clay for the past five years, but have been interested in it all my adult life. It is now my passion? What a fun medium to work with. I make many of my own beads, and create beautiful jewelry using them. Most of my jewelry pieces have polymer clay incorporated into their making.
My husband of 42 years (Larry) and I live in Central Arizona near Sedona. I am lucky enough to have all my family close by including my Daughter and her family and my Son and his family including 8 Granchildren.
My Grandchildren and the joys of my life. We enjoy camping, hunting and fishing together, but God is the center of our lives and He has blessed us immensely.
My passion in general is creating beautiful, ONE OF A KIND, jewelry pieces at modest prices. Not all of my jewelry includes Polymer Clay as I enjoy working with beads, natural stones and Swarovski Crystals.
