I offer long bows, short bows and target bows with a variety of custom touches to personalize your bow.

My goal is to create traditional Yew bows from 3 different medieval periods for men, women and children who wish to shoot targets, collect or hunt. A variety of finishes, grips and painted inscriptions can be added to personalize your bow. Another option is the ancient pine pitch and bees wax finish for re-enactors. Carvings can also be done to personalize bows in a shallow relief near the grip in addition to inlay of shell or metals.

Several styles of arrows can also be ordered to match your bow in traditional materials of Norway pine, Highland cow and various wild foul. Please choose between Viking, Norman and target range arrows and select your matching heads and fletchings.

All bows will be tested filmed in operation for you to see the bow in action and functioning properly before shipping it to you.)

The founders of our clan originated in Norway and were Norman in upper Normandy France from the 10th - 11th century. Last year was the 1100th anniversary of Normandy and I visited all the primary Norman historical sights there for inspiration. In the year 1000 AD our family got our surname and hereditary position as Royal Huntsman in the fief of Venables. In my work I explore early cultural references, materials and items related to our earliest family history.

In addition to archery equipment, I also make pendants, dirks and equipment related to ancient hunting.
