WOW! These artists work in an amazing unit to defy gravity and belief! The entire show is absolutely packed with inspiration, and although I tried to pay tribute them all, it simply wasn't possible. Main Characters like Zoe, Ringmaster John, and Boom Boom are represented, but also the unbelievably … athletic acrobats who seem to have wings. I also pay homage to the talented technicians whose baby, the Téléphérique, I recreated out of pure sugar. No supports were used in any decoration. Sugar windows had tiny lightbulbs beneath, and this Creation was filled with my Golden Almond Vanilla Pound Cake, Strawberry filling alternated with Tropical filling, covered with Swiss Meringue Buttercream. They LOVED it!
