But it's not just about physical utility, it's also about the deeper value of an object that's been expertly and intentionally created, with a magnificence and a significance that goes beyond it's function… It's hand crafted and has an emotional element in it. Beautiful thing out of wood that I hope carry more value than just their usefulness as a table.

Stairs Railing

Jacek Ryszka of J.R. Signature Creations built a beautiful hand-peeled rustic log handrail and spindles for our stairs in our home. He sized, chose and ordered the logs from a custom fabricator in Montana and joined the ends of the spindles with tenons and drilled holes in the rails. Then he stained the railings and refinished the stairs. Heirloom work!. I would certainly recommend him.

Custom Cutting Board

Jacek made me an oversized maple cutting board (18" x 30" x 1") to fit in with a low-key kind of kitchen. The board is perfect, and he delivered it ahead of schedule. It was a very straightforward and easy transaction — something which seems harder and harder to come by these days! I'm a very happy customer. I look forward to working with Jacek again, and highly recommend him as a maker.
