He was professional and responsive. It wasn't cheap but the quality of the product visually was very high -- it certainly looks expensive. I only wish it was measured a little better/tested so that there wasn't splatter when using a normal sized coffee mug / cup. The burden for better measurement/design could have been on me but I expect when I pay this much that a professional thinks about this in more detail than I would. I have to use "grande/venti" size cups to catch the coffee drip without it splashing -- not the end of the world.
