This was my first entirely web generated project!
Custom designed to house a CD stereo system and CDs, the framework is European Pearwood and the book matched panels are Madrone. The three drawer boxes are built out of Chinquapin with Madrone fronts and have fragrant cypress bottoms. The boxes … have dividers and hardware to accommodate 90 CDs per drawer. On the other side the dropfront door opens to expose the CD player and the preamp. The power amp is below and not exposed. The cabinet has a back door on the equipment side to facilitate hooking up the wiring. Ventilation holes are provided in the rear of the cabinet to exit the hot air. And since the cabinet will far outlast the technology the whole interior can be lifted out and changed!
