For a well-preserved older home in a predominantly Arts & Crafts neighborhood of Madison, Wisconsin, we contributed the custom Rift-Sawn Oak cabinetry to this wonderful kitchen remodel. Each separate area of this kitchen was conceived and built to be a single, separate piece of cabinetry. It was all built with traditional joinery, flush-inset doors, and a rich, caramel stain. Creative storage abounds, with plenty of pullouts and organizers, and there are even drawers in the toe kick spaces under the base cabinetry. Imagine your Bungalow or Four-Square kitchen with these fully-fitted Craftsman-style cabinets. They could be built in any species, but we love the richness of Oak for this style.
