When my daughter saw this she said, "Oh Dad - I want that." I said "OK," which means that I won't sell this one. i would happily make another one, though, and I do have wood that is every bit as stunning as this herringbone grained curly cherry. The walnut shows some curl too - it came from Lake … County in California. I got the cherry from Horizon Hardwoods in Pennsylvania.

The drawers are hard maple, dovetailed front and back, and they run on hard maple guides. The drawer bottoms are incense cedar.
