We are extremely happy with our new live edge chest. The project went very smoothly, and we enjoyed working with Pierce. Preliminary discussion of the materials and the expected time frame was easily completed without confusion. Communication during the process was excellent. Packed well and arriving a few days following completion, the stunning final product is a perfect size with beautiful lines. We would love to work with Pierce on a future project.
A single 48" wide (at the crotch) by 90" long slab of walnut, secured with a through butterfly. It sits on center beam with sprung posts. This slab was surfaced with smoothing plane, scraper plane and scraper,
