This design/build remodeling project converted a cavernous empty space into approximately 1,200 square feet of a multi-purpose entertainment environment.

The homeowners' primary remodeling goals were to create new living room-quality space for family and friends, a German bar inspired by the … couple's favorite local tavern, a full bath and hidden storage space.

The custom built wet bar includes a "hidden door" that serves as a wine rack. Full bath includes a shower and tiled floor. The existing furnace was upgraded to a dual controlled system. All floors and stairs were covered in carpeting or laminated flooring over a dimpled PVC vapor barrier.

When completed the homeowners said that they had no idea that the basement of their dreams could be this beautiful.
