This project was built in the retirement home of a pilot. It features a custom piece of stained glass depicting an eagle reaching for a perch on the golf coarse in the back ground. It includes a custom fireplace, sliding pocket shutters, oak shades, matching moldings, matching wainscoting and … thermostatically controlled equipment ventilation.rnIt was designed: to fit a large TV that pulls out and swivels; to control light from the southern exposure; to match the finish of the existing flooring and kitchen cabinets; to relocate the media equipment from a closet in another room and to save floor space by eliminating several pieces of furniture.rn
