This project was a custom addition to a house in Hamburg NY. We tore out the old cement pad. We dug a trench wall around all three side and poured a new concrete pad and step. Then we framed in a room with pressure treated posts, double beams and stick framed rafters. We tied the overhangs into … the existing house so you can't see that it is an addition. The addition looks like part of the house from the day it was built. We wrapped the soffits with vynal and aluminum. The posts and beams are wrapped with a white pvc board. The ceiling is finished with pine tounge and groove board. The glass was installed by a glass company
