“We require a 1:1 scale replica of "Abraham Lincoln" by Augustus Saint-Gaudens. Project requires bust as well as the base and nameplate and will be used in a full-sized replica of the Presidential Oval Office. Desired final substrates would be either cold-cast resin or fiberglass. Please note the budget is a placeholder as the final budget will be negotiable. The successful bidder would one which comes with a combination of best price as well as highest quality portfolio. We understand that copyright and trademarks are required. We will work that issue out with the owners of the copyright and should not be considered in your proposal”
